MASILC Bylaws Committee Minutes

The Bylaws committee was reconvened at the September 2004 General Meeting of the MASILC. Steve Higgins will be the committee Chair. The first meeting of the new committee will be Wednesday October 6, 2004 at 2:00 pm via tele-conference.
