Why reinvent the wheel? The Independent Living Center library below contains many documents which offer a starting point for the policies, procedures and other documents that every Independent Living Center (ILC or CIL)needs. Most files are ".doc" files which will download when you click on them. A handful of the files are .xls or Excel files. Some topics have multiple files - look through to find the one that most closely meets your needs.
The Statewide Independent Living Council Library also contains useful documents.
